A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
SETTING~ FORTH ALL TERMS AND CO.NDITIONS AFFECTING WAGES,
HOURS AND WORKING CONDITIONS BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
' AND THE EXCLUDED POSITIONS OF THE LYNWOOD.
~1VIANAGEMENT BARGAINING GROUP ~
WHEREAS, collective bargaining was-conducted in good faith by designated
representat~ves of the City of Lynwood and a bargaining team -from the Lynwood
Manageinent Bargalning Group; and
WHEREAS,.agreeialent has been reached between the designated representatives
of tl~e City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Manageinent Bargainii~g Group, and
~, WHEREAS, tlie excluded einployees hi~ston~cally have had the tenns affectmg
;tl~ei~r wages, llo~urs aud worlcing condltlons tied to tl7e respect~ve bargaina~g ~~ulits for
• annual ad~ ustments,` and
: WHEREAS, a conlprehensive Meiliorai~dum of Understanding has been agreed to
~ vy t11e re}~resentative of tl~e City of Lynwood and.representatives of tlle Lynwood ~
M2nageiiient Bargainit~g Group coverii7g the period of,July 1, 2002 through June 30,
2004 ~ - °
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Coiulcrl of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
detei~~nine, order and resolve as fol~lows. ~
Section l. The comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding between the City
of Lynwood and tlle Lyi~wood Management Bargariiing Group, whicli includes all agreed
upon provisions and supersedes the previous ineinorandums, between the City of
Lynwood aud the'Lyizwoocl Mailagement-Bargaiiu~ng Group shall~ apply to tl~e exchid~ed
pos~t~ons ~cientified theretn for tlle penod of July l, 2002 through June 30, 2004 ~
, - ,• , .~ Section 2.,.That relevant resolutions or policies be prepared as necessary to reflect
