WHEREAS, a new audit firm will allow new personnel to provide a different perspective ~~ ~
. _ and approach in ~auditing the City's financial records. ' :' ~
~~ NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of .the City of Lynwood does hereby find, order, ~-
. and resolve as follows .

' Section 1. That the City Council- authorizes° staff to solicit bids for professional audit
services beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2003. ~ . ~
