' LYNWOOD EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, collecti~e bargaining was conducted in.good fartli by desrgnated
representat~ves of the Crty of Lynwood and a bargaiiliiig team from the Lynwood
Employees' Association, and ~
~. WHERBAS, agreeineizt has been reached between the designated representatives
, . • of the City of.Lynwood and tlle Lynwood Employ,ees' Association; and ~
WHEREAS, the excluded employees historically liave had the terms affecting
~ tlieir wages~, hotitrs aild worl{i~~ii~g condi~tions tied to the res~ective bargammg u~nrts for
' ~ ' ailnual ad~ustinents, and - •
' WHEREAS,. a coizlprehensive Memorai~dum of Understanding has been agreed to
, by tlie represet~tative of the Crty of Lynwood and represeiltatives of the Lyizwood
• Eti~ployees' Association covenilg the period of July 1, 2002 through Jtine 30, 2004
NOW, TH~EREFORE, tlZe C~ty Coui~cil of tlle City of Lynwood does 1lereby find,
~ , detei~nine, order and resolve as follows~ `
, _ Section l: The com~iehensive Mernorandum of Uilderstailding between the City
', ~ oFLynwood and the Lynwood E~nployees' Association, wlzich includes all agreed upon
;, ~ provisioiis and supersedes the previous meinorandums, between tlle City of Lyilwood aild
i~ { t11e Lyiiwood Employees' Association shall apply to the'excluded positions identified
~'~ tliereizl for tlle period of Jli~~ly 1, 2~OC~2 throu~gl~ Jtu~e 30, 2004 ~
