CITY OF MOAB, UTAH
BE IT RESOLVED, that the complete case file
pertaining to the evidence involving Bobby G. Starrett, to-
gether with the physical evidence, be hand delivered to the
Attorney General's Office and the matter be referred to
him for further disposition.
PASSED by majority vote, of three in favor
and one negative, the Moab City Council on the 3rd day of
February, A. D., 1981. Certified to be a true and correct
copy.
