RESOLUTION NO. 1�- / to
RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENTS TO WILLOW DRIVE
NORTH OF T.H. 55
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council action, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement of Willow Drive between T.H. 55 and
a point 1300 feet north thereof by upgrading the road to a nine
ton capacity, and this report was received by the Council on
March 5, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated
cost of $iO4,a0o .
2. A ublic heari g shall be held on such improvement on the
day of Apr,/ , 1985 in the Council Chambers at
City Hall at 8:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
