' WHEREAS, collectrve bargaining was condiicted in good faith by designated
represei~tat~ves of the Ci,ty of Lynwood and a bargai111ng tea~n from t~he Lyilwood
Enlployees' Association, ~nd ~ .~ ' ' ~ ~ .
WHEREAS, agreen~ent has beeil reaclzed between the designated re~resezltatives
. of the Clty of Lyi~wood and the Lynwood Enlployees' Association, and
WHEREAS, Ex11_ibit A, the compreheilsive Meinorandlun of Understand,iilg has
been agreed to by t11e ~repre's'entatives o~ the City of Lynwood aild ~represeiztatives of tl~e
~, Lynwood Employees' Assoclahon covering the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30,
2004 ~
NOW, THEREFORE, the Crty Council of the City of Lynwood does l~ereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows. ~ ,
Section~ 1, The comprellensive Memorandum of Uiiderstandrng~(Exhibit A),

betweei~ the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Employees' Association is adopted ,
