A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVIIVG THE
APPROPRIATION OF NECESSARY FUNDS TO
THE BOUGAINVILLEA PROGRAM "
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Bougainvillea Program
on March 14, 2003, as a means to deter graffiti activities within the City; and
WHEREAS, the program consists of ten (10) locations where the
recurring graffiti problem exists (see attachment °A" );~and '
WHEREAS, the program is estimated to cost $44,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows: '
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to
make the following funds appropriation and transfer:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
