It shall be a violation of this Article for any person to deposit any fish, and/or other wildlife of any' kind, into the Carteret Park Pond, other than in accordance with the "catch and release" requirements of subsection "A" above, without the express authorization and directive from the Superintendent of Parks or the Borough Engineer. g 182-15 "Violations and penalties" is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Anyone convicted of violating this Atiicle shall be subject to the applicable sanction provisions provide for in 9 1-17 "Violations and penalties" ofthis Code. 9 182-16 "Enforcement" is hereby amended and supplemented to add a new subsection "B1> thereto to read as follows: B. There is hereby created the position of Park Conservation Warden who shall also be authorized to enforce the provisions of tillS A1iicle. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such iilconsistency. . If any section, paragraph, sub-divisioll, clause or provision of this ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, sub-division, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder ofthis ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
