A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
5-5270, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 4, 2003, the City Council authorized the
~,,, informal bidding process for the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Project No. 5-
~ ~ 5270. The contract was awarded to Patio Landscape; and
`- WHEREAS, the project started on March 3, 2003, and was
completed on April 2, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $32,923; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on April 3, 2003,
and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the
project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accept the Sidewalk Improvement
Project, Project No. 05-5270, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. ~
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
Apri 1 . 2003.
