A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO PREPARB A REPORT ON THE LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER THE "LANDSCAPING AND
LIGHTING ACT OF 1972 (PART TWO OF DIVISION 15
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on August l, 1978,
adopt Resolution No. 78-78 ordering the formation of the Lynwood Landscaping Assessment
District; and ~ ~
~ ~ WHEREAS, there are no substantial changes in existing improvements or planned
improvements from those listed in Resolution 78-73, and.adopted on July 18, 1978; and
. WHEREAS, the City Engineer is required by Section No. 22623 of the Streets
and Highways Code-to file an annual report to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1; That the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and file a report in
relation to said district, all in accordance with part 2, Division 15 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, as amended.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
