CALL TO ORDER
The February 15, 2008, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, and Smith
Absent: Ferguson, Layton, and Penfold
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen will ask Community Development Director Pat Sullivan
to give a brief report on the city's process of vacating alleys, rights -of -way, and easements.
2007 -156: Mayor John Landwehr asked Parks & Recreation Director Bill Lockwood to give
a little more detail on this at Monday night's meeting pertaining to the scope of services.
RS2007 -26 (airport lease tabled since Oct. 1): Councilman Dan Klindt stated he will
withdraw this so it can be redrafted at a future date.
2007 -146 and 2007 -147 (storm debris contracts on Informal Calendar): Councilman
Mike Harvey stated he will withdraw these bills.
