IV. NEW BUSINESS
PARKS
a.) Payette Lake and Boat Launch Docks — Ray Dupree
Mr. Ray Dupree informed the Committee that he is concerned with over crowding
of the Lake. He believes that it is at maximum capacity with usage both
commercial and recreational. He has submitted a letter that it is attached. He is
concerned with the Duck Boat Rental. He believes they need a special use permit.
Looking further into the Code, the Duck Boat Rental does not need a Special Use
Permit.
b.) Central Idaho Historical Museum
Laura Caruso informed the committee about the CIHM. It is a 4 acre plot with 7
buildings on a historical site. It is the property given to McCall from the State to
be kept as a Historical Site. Ron Rooth asked the group to come to the
Committee to see if this could be a potential site for Heartland Gymnastics. CIHM
said no, it is only suppose to be used for Historical purposes and any change from
that makes it go back to the State.
