Town Board Briefing
December 6, 2017
Please note that members of the Town Board will have dinner together starting at
5:30pm.
Also, note that in lieu of a workshop the meeting will be starting at 6pm to allow
adequate time for a preliminary presentation of the proposed concepts for the Fraser
River Corridor Plan. These will be presented to the community at an open house on
December 12th at the Fraser Historic Church between 5-7pm.
Other than the annual agreements and budget related matters, the other significant
matter on the agenda is an intergovernmental agreement with CDOT regarding our US
40 Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project.
Staff has been working with CDOT on this agreement to incorporate as much of our
normal contracting requirements into the agreement as possible given federal funding
requirements. We are please to provide this for your consideration. If you have any
questions for our legal team related to the agreement, please let me know in advance of
the meeting so I can address them or ask our Town Attorney to attend the meeting.
