CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. L, 5 - :> t-2
RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO DENNIS HAGEN
WHEREAS, Dennis Hagen, hereinafter called the "applicant",
has requested the approval of the conditional use permit to
conduct a home occupation at 2422 Morningside Road; and
WHEREAS, the operation of the home occupation subject to the
following conditions will meet the criteria for granting a
conditional use permit under the Medina zoning code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit be
granted to Dennis Hagen to operate a home occupation at the
above -described location, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
1. That there be no outside storage of materials used in
connection with the business.
2. That there be no perceptable increase in noise, traffic
or other factors resulting from operation of the business.
3. That the property be inspected by the city's building
inspector for product, material and outside storage.
4. That the permit be granted for a period of 24 months,
at which such time renewal will be considered if requested by the
applicant.
