CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY AT 1735 CO. RD. 24
FOR WILLIAM MUELLER
WHEREAS, William Mueller, hereinafter called the "appli-
cant", has requested approval of a subdivision of property at
1735 Co. Rd. 24 into two lots, to be known as parcels A and B,
the legal descriptions of which are on Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, approval of the subdivision, subject to certain
conditions enumerated below, is consistent with the city's code
of ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that subdivision approval is granted to
William Mueller for property located at 1735 Co. Rd. 24, subject
to the following:
1. The resulting parcels, to be known as parcels A and B,
shall be as described on Exhibit A.
2. The applicant shall pay to the city a park dedication
fee in the amount of $ /.4,/9(). for parcel B.
3. The applicant shall grant an easement for right-of-way
purposes to Hennepin county for Co. Rd. 24, if deemed necessary
by the county.
4. The property shall be cleared of all debris within one
year of the date of adoption of this resolution.
5. The applicant shall enter into a private road agreement
with regard to the shared access point to Co. Rd. 24 for parcels
A and B.
