Home My Public Portal About1985-024Member a ��`-ma.n introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 0 ..25 - aT /24 RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO RUSSNICK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WHEREAS, Russnick Construction Co., hereinafter called the "Ap- plicant", has requested the approval of a conditional use permit to construct and office/warehouse building at 3330 Highway 66 in the City of Medina, upon real estate which is legally described on Ex- hibit A which is attached hereto and made a part by reference; and WHEREAS, the operation of the business subject to the following conditions will meet the criteria for the granting of a conditional use permit under the Medina Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that a conditional use permit be granted to Russnick Construction Co. to build and office/warehouse building at the above -described location, subject to the following terms and con- ditions: 1. Three sides of the building be sheathed entirely in wood with metal siding to be allowed only on the side of the structure visible from the City of Corcoran, in accordance with the plans submitted which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. 2. The color of the metal roof be compatible with the color of the shingles on that part of the roof to be covered with asphalt shingles. 3. All outdoor lighting fixtures shall be designed with a recessed light source which is shielded to prevent glare from spilling onto the surface of the property beyond a radius of feet from the location of the light source. 4. The conditional use permit be subject to resolution of questions of access and subdivision to the satisfaction of the city attor- ney.
