AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 07-134 DESIGNATING CHICK'S HOLIDAY
TIt'VIE, INC., AS REDEVELOPER

WHEREAS, by Resolution #07-134, previously adopted April 26, 2007, the Borough of
Carferet ("the Borough") previously designated Chick's Holiday Time, Inc., as the
Redeveloper for 211-215 Roosevelt Avenue and 1 W ashil1gton Avenue; and
'VHEREAS, the Borough has detennined to extend said designation to include the
following additional parcel of real property namely 205 Roosevelt Avenue; Block 222,
Lot 19.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That Chick's Holiday Time, Inc., or its affiliated entity, is hereby further
designated as the Redeveloper for 205 Roosevelt Avenue; Block 222, Lot
19, pursuant to the negotiation and execution of a fonnal Redevelopment
Agreement for the same between the appropriate pm1ies.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials and/or Agencies and their
respectively designated legal counsel, are hereby authorized to .negotiate
and execute a Redevelopment Agreement with Chick's Holiday Time, Inc.
or its appropriately affiliated entity, for the redevelopment of the above
referenced parcels of real property.
3. That a copy of this Resolution be forw'arded to the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency, Chick's Holiday Time, Inc., and the Borough
Attorney.
Adopted this 4th day of October, 2007

original all October 5,2007.
