RESOLUTION NO. /
RESOLUTION ORDERINGIMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS
TO WILLOW DRIVE NORTH OF T.H. 55

WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted on the
`)day of M'it ✓ al , 1985, fixed a date for a public
hearing on the proposed improvement of Willow Drive betwen T.H.
55 and a point 1300 feet north thereof by upgrading the road to a
nine ton capacity; and
WHEREAS, 10 days' published notice of the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the ,, day of ,,z/(,: t ,
1985, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
council resolution adopted the day of ,
1985.
2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed
improvement has no relationship to the city's comprehensive
plan.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc, is hereby
designated as engineer for the project and shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
