DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, St~te of New
Jersey, that the
Allegiance Community Bank
be and are hereby designated as the official depositories
of the Borough of Carteret and that checks for the payment
of money upon said official depositories, be signed on
behalf of the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Municipal
Clerk and the Borough Treasureri
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take
effect immediately.
Adopted this 4th day of October, 2007
and. certified as a true copyyof the
original on October 5, 2007.
