CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON A MODIFICATION TO THE
TIF PLAN FOR TIF DISTRICT NO. 1-1
WHEREAS, the City Council by action on January 29, 1985
adopted a development program for development district No. 1 and
TIF plans for TIF districts Nos. 1-1 and 1-2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a modification of the TIF
plan for TIF districts Nos. 1-1 and 1-2 on March 13, 1985 to
indicate a change in the total amount of bonded indebtedness to
be incurred; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the TIF plan to indicate
a change in the geographical boundaries of TIF district No. 1-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. Ehlers and Associates, Inc. be instructed to prepare modi-
fications to the TIF plan to reflect the change in geograph-
ical boundaries of TIF district No. 1-1.
2. Ehlers and Associates, Inc. submit the amended TIF plan to
the appropriate school boards and Hennepin County board for
comment.
3. The City Clerk be authorized to prepare a notice for publi-
cation in the official newspaper setting a public hearing
before the City Council on the modifications to the TIF plan
on the 26th day of April, 1985 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers and that such notice be published at least once in
said newspaper at least 10 but not more than 30 days prior
to such public hearing.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, was duly held in the City
Hall in the City of Medina, on Tuesday, April 9, 1985, commencing at
7:30 o'clock p.m., C.T.

The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consid-
eration of the bids which had been received for the purchase of
$1,345,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds of 1985, as adver-
tised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publica-
tion of notice of sale in the official newspaper and in Commercial
West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which
affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on
file.
The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been
received, opened and tabulated in the manner specified in the notice
of sale of the Bonds. The bids were as follows:
