RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER
OF ABC LICENSE #1201-33-003-003, RE: SERGIO MATOS

(
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for a place-to-place transfer
(Expansion of Premises) of Plenary Retail Consumption License #1201-
33-003-003, for p\lrposes of expanding the premises under license
wherein the sale, service and storage of aicoholic beverages are
authorized; and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was advertised
in The Home News Tribune, a newspaper drculated in the Borough of
Carteret and no objections, either verbally or in writing, were filed or
made to the Governing Body or to the Munidpai Clerk regarding said
transfer; and
WHEREAS, the submitted application is complete in ail aspects, the
transfer fees have been paid, and the license has been properly reviewed
for transfer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby approves, effective October 4, 2007, the
expansion of aforesaid Plenary Retail Consumption Licensed premises
located at 535 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey, to place under
license the area delineated in the application form and the sketch of the
licensed premises attached hereto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Munidpai Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of this Place-to-Place
transfer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copies of this
resolution be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New
Jersey 08625-0087.
