Vice Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes:
a. Minutes of May 24, 2017
Commissioner Taylor moved, and Commissioner Vandernail seconded the motion to
approve the Minutes. Motion carried: 4-0.
3. Open Forum:
a. Business not on the agenda
4. Discussion/Action:
a. Cozens Pointe Petition for Plat Note Clarification
The PC discussed the plat note discrepancy on the Cozens Pointe Final Plat and Final
Plan recorded documents and the proposed plan to construct three 2-car garage
buildings and ten attached bike garages to lot 3 and lot 4. After a lengthy discussion, the
PC recommended going to the Board of Adjustment for a variance to the zoning code.
The variance would be two-tiered and would request to construct buildings in the 25'
railroad setback and also the front setback. This would require a public hearing. If the
variance is approved, an amended final plat will be required.
5. Other Business:
November 2, 2017 - Development Code Open House at the Fraser Historic Church from
4:00pm -7:00pm
November 8, 2017 — Combined Planning Commission and Town Board Workshop to
discuss the Development Code Update at Fraser Town Hall from 6pm-8pm. Dinner will
be served at 5:30 PM.

December 12, 2017 — Fraser River Corridor Master Plan Open House at the Fraser
Historic Church from 5pm-7pm.
6. Adjourn:
Commissioner Taylor moved, and Commissioner Brewer seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:20p.m.
