AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAX Al'lD/OR SEWER
FEES OVERPAYMENT

WHEREAS, the Tax Collector afthe Borough ofCarteret has reviewed the Rolls and
detennincd that certain monies are due and payable by the Borough ofCarteret to certain: residents and
property owners within the Borough ofCalieret, as a result of an overpayment of Taxes And/or Sewer
Fees, and
'VHEREAS, the Tax Collector reconuncllds the immediate reimbursement of the excess
Funds currently collected by the Borough ofCarteret to certain enumerated individuals,
NO'V, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council offhe Borough ofCarteret, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey: that the Tax
CqIlector is Authorized to inmlcdiately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes And! or Sewer Fees
to the Individuals and property owners of the specific properties listed below and/or attached hereto
