A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ ~
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DMR TEAM IN THE
AMOUNT OF $43,800.00; FOR THE DESIGN OF CARLIN AVENUE
AND LYNWOOD ROAD WATER MAIN UPGRADE PROJECT,
PROJECT NUMBER OS-5250, FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the design and construction of the Carlin Avenue and Lynwood Road
Water Main Upgrade Pro~ect, Pro~ect No. OS-5250 is listed m the CIP Program for FY 2002-2003; and
WHEREAS, DMR Team was selected to provide professional design services for the
Water Main Upgrade Pro~ect; and ~ '
WHEREAS, a contract price of $43,800.00, was negotiated with DMR Team for the
design of Carlm Avenue and Lynwood Road Water Main Upgrade Pro~ect.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows: '
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the Carlin Avenue and Lynwood Road
Water Main Upgrade Project, Pro~ect Number OS-5250, be awarded to DMR Team for the negotiated
price of $43,800.00. -
, Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between the
City of Lynwood and DMR Team.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
