CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 8S7-317/
RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENTS TO HUNTER DRIVE
AND COMANCHE TRAIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council action, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement of Hunter Drive north of Medina Road
and Comanche Trail by blacktopping and this report was received
by the Council on Jpr; / //0 , 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated
cost of $02/6")o200.00
2. A public heari g shall be held on such improvement on the
/ day of Ccc/ , 1985 in the Council Chambers at
City Hall at 8:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvements as
required by law.
