II. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30pm. Clerk-Treasurer Lynda Dunbar called the
roll and the following were present:
Bill Dory, Trudy Selvia, and Thom Morris

A. Sewer Leak Adjustment- Castle Mobile Home Park LLC- $1,704.22
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the sewer leak adjustment as presented, second by
Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
IV. Emergency Repairs
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the emergency repairs as listed, second by Thom Morris,
3-0, motion carried.

V. Approval of Minutes
A. Approval of Minutes - September 20, 2023
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the September minutes as presented, second by
Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
VI. Approval of Claims
A. Water
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the water claims in the amount of$183,904.55,
second by Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
B. Wastewater
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the wastewater claims in the amount of $57,381.13,
second by Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
