ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold, and Smith Absent: Brown and Ferguson A quorum was declared present. LIQUOR BOARD APPEAL HEARING Appeal of Robert L. Smith Liquor Control Board Decision: Drew Hilpert represented the City. Tom Lorraine, represented the Appellant, Robert L. Smith. A motion was made by Appellant for a continuance, Appellant waived his right to object to new Council Members hearing the case. City opposed continuance. Continuance granted by Mayor Landwehr based on waiver of his right to this Council hearing the matter, the fact that there is no public safety issue, and that this is the parties one chance to present evidence. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
