Minutes
October 25, 2023 4:30 PM Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Lynda
Dunbar the following were present: William Dory and Trudy Selvia and
Thom Morris.
II. New Business
A. 2023 Sidewalk Project-Change Order 1
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve change order 1 as present on sidewalk
project, second by Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
B. 2023 Streets Contract- Change Order No.2- Additional Patching Work
on Albin Pond Road
Motion by Thom Morris to approve the patching work in the amount of
$1,207.06 and to allow the mayor to approve up to $10,000 if changes need
addressed.
Adjournment
Motion by Trudy Selvia to dismiss at 4.40 PM, second by Bill Dory, 2-0
motion carried.
