II. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30. Clerk-Treasurer Lynda Dunbar called
roll. The following were present:

Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve emergency repairs as presented, second by Thom Morris,
3-0, motion carried.

V. Approval of Minutes
A. Approval of Minutes - August 16, 2023
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve minutes as presented, second by Thom Morris, 3-0,
motion carried.
B. Special Session- August 31, 2023
Motion by Thom Morris to approve the minutes as presented, second by Trudy Selvia,
3-0, motion carried.
VI. Approval of Claims
A. Water
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the water claims in the amount of $143,597.61,
second by Thom Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
B. Wastewater

Trudy Selvia. 3-0. motion carried.

A. Purchase VFD For Lift Station
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the purchase of VFD for lift station not to exceed
S17.430 and approval by Oscar King. second by Thom Morris. 3-0. motion carried.
B. US 231 Water Line Proposal
Motion by Thom Morris to approve the water line proposal from J-Mar in the amount of
S61 .607.65 and to allow the Mayor to sign, second by Trudy Selvia. 3-0 motion carried.
C. Albin Pond Water Line Project- Change Order for Additional Valve Repalcement and
Service at 815 Tacoma
Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the change order in the amount of $13,295 and to
authorize the Mayor to sign, second by Thom Morris, 3-0. motion carried
D. Albin Pond Water Line- Substantal Completion Paperwork
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the substantial completion paperwork on Albin Pond
water line with the Mayor authorized to sign. second by Thom Morris. 3-0. motion
carried.
X. Adjournment
Motion by Trudy Selvia to adjourn at 5:10 pm, second by Thom Morris. 3-0. motion carried.
