adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION 85-37
WHEREAS, the Cities of Greenfield and Independence have
proposed to correct pollution problems on or around the
shores of Lake Independence and Lake Sarah, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has agreed to assist the said
cities in solving the pollution problems by permitting
them to connect to the Independence Beach sewer trunk line,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina enter
into Agreement with the Cities of Greenfield and Independ-
ence for the construction, maintenance and service of a
Sanitary Sewer connection to the Independence Beach system,
with the deletion of "from the present service areas," as
included in Subdivision 2, Page 10 of the prepared Agreement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was seconded by member Mitchell , and upon vote
the following voted in favor thereof: Heideman, Reiser,
Mitchell, Scherer, Anderson
and the following voted against same:
None
whereupon said motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
