tax levy revenue.
" Be it resolved by the Town council of the Town of Wellsb,,zrg-, Iowa.
J 1. That The Town of Wellsburg, Iowa, shall appropate the
'J estimated revenue from the Consolidated Tax Levy, made in accordane
with Section 6217 of the Code, for several funds as provided by lava
and that said estimated revenue shall be and by resolution is
appropriated in proper ratio and set aside for the use of each ofthe
several funds as provided by law as follows;
General Fund 8373.39 Grading fund.8900.00; Improvement g100.00
Sewer Fund $2.50; Light Fund 0625.00 Total 82500.89
2. That the provisions of this Resolution are declared to be
r necessary as in the preservation of the best interests of the
r' Town of Wellsbung Iowa, and shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption by the Town Council as provided by law.
