BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation, for the following purposes, to wit:
To install during Stage 1 Construction, a
temporary traffic control signal with street
lights and to agree to participate in and to
pay its share of the planned future Stage 2
Construction consisting of grading, surfacing,
roadway widening and channelization, and
permanent traffic control signal with street
lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at
County State Aid Highway No. 116 (Pinto Drive)
in accordance with the terms and conditions set
forth and contained in Agreement No 62707, a
copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be
and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
