AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO THOMAS LIPNICKI INORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE,
FOR THE 2007-2008 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2007-2008 License Tenn by Thomas Lipnicki, trading as .
NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE
'VHERJi',AS, he qualifications of the applicant has been investigated by the
Calteret Police Department and the said depaltment recOlmnellrls that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2007-2008 License Tenll be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE a
Taxicab Owner's License for the 2007-2008. License.
