RESOLUTION O T 0
WHEREAS the City of Medina intends to install a water main
along Minnesota State Highway 55 and will need to cross
Soo Line Railroad property in Sec. 11, Twp. 118, Rg. 23, and
WHEREAS the Soo Line Railroad has forwarded to the City of
Medina Pipe Line Crossing Permit + 23726, and
WHEREAS, the Permits requires a preparation fee of $100.00
and a rental fee of $81.00 from April 15, 1985 to April 15, 1986;
and
WHEREAS the Soo Line Railroad reserves the right to adjust the
annual fee after the first year and upon 30 days notice prior
to the anniversary date, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of the City
of Medina be authorized to enter into Permit Agreeme 3726.
