AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2007-2008 LICENSE TERM
\VHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2003-2004 License Term by the following:
THOMAS LIPNICKI
\VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and reconunends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to THOMAS LIPNICKI for the 2007-2008 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by.the
Mayor and Council ofthe Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2007-
2008 License Tenn to THOMAS LIPNICIG .
