HomeMy Public PortalAbout1985-041Member 4.1, Ir Leif introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 85-41 RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the streets in Medina Manor First Addition by a complete reconstruction of said streets or, in the alternative, by placement of an overlay on the exist- ing streets and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
