CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. (-4 - -47S
RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT OF TAMARACK DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council action, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement of Tamarack Drive from County
Road 24 to the southerly city limits by grading and constructing
a base and asphalt surface, and this report was received by the
Council on May 7, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an
estimated cost of $ a te/ nW.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the
day of j i.4_,79 , 1985 in the Council Chambers at
Cty Hall at 8:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
