(57 - 46r RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS TO HUNTER DRIVE AND COMANCHE TRAIL WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted on the ao day of etPi,4 , 1985 fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed improvement of Hunter Drive north of Medina Road and Comanche Trail by blacktopping; and WHEREAS, 10 days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of May, 1985, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota as follows: 1. The improvement is hereby ordered as resolution adopted the A57 day of roposed in the council , 1985. 2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed improvement has no relationship to the city's comprehensive plan. 3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for the project and shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
