HomeMy Public PortalAboutMinutes - 3/18/197120 The lillellsburg Town Council met in special session on March 18, 1971, with Mayor Ross presiding and all council- men present. A motion was made by Ecl-hoff, seconded by Claassen, to approve the Resolution of Necessity for the curb and gutter program as prepared by the town attorney, T. J. Heronimus, and setting April 12, 1971, at 7:30 P.m. in the council chambers as the time and place for the hearing on the pro- posed program. Roll call of votes Ayes: Huisman, Hippen, Cla.assen, VanDeest, Edkhoff Nays: None Absent: None Motion Carried. There being no further business, the meeting stood adjourned.
