Dunbar Clerk Treasurer Greencastle City Hall Call to Order; Roll Call A. Mayor Murray called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Clerk - Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present Susan Murray, Trudy Selvia, and Thom Morris arrived late. Special Requests A. Sewage Rate Adjustment — Putnam Inn -. Motion by Susan Murray to accept the sewer adjustment of $968.66, second Trudy Selvia, 2 -0, motion carried. B. Sewage Rate Adjustment- Dawn Buis- Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the sewer adjustment of $559.44, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried. II. Approval of Minutes A. Regular Session — March 20, 2013- Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the minutes as presented, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried. B. Executive Session -March 20, 2013- Motion by Susan Murray to accept the minutes as presented, second Trudy Selvia, 2 -0, motion carried 111. Approval of Claims A. Water- Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the Water Claims as presented, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried B. Wastewater- Motion by Susan Murray to accept the Wastewater Claims as presented, second Trudy Selvia, 2 -0, motion carried. IV. Department Reports A. Fire Department — Bill Newgent B. Planner — Shannon Norman C. Police Department — Tom Sutherlin D. Department of Public Works — Brad Phillips E. Water & Wastewater Department — Richard Hedge F. City Attorney - Laurie Robertson Hardwick G. Park and Recreation — Rod Weinschenk Richard Hedge thanked everyone for their support while he was Water and Wastewater Superintendent. Two major issues for the departments are sludge removal costs and the Wastewater Permit will need to be renewed next year. V. Old Business A. Water and Wastewater Rates- No Formal Action Taken VI. New Business A. INDOT LPA Supplement 1 EDS A249 -12- 320535- Motion was made by Trudy Selvia for Mayor Susan Murray to sign INDOT LPA Supplement 1 EDS A249 -12- 320535, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried. B. INDOT LPA Supplement 1 EDS A249 -12- 320655 - Motion was made by Trudy Selvia for Mayor Susan Murray to sign INDOT LPA Supplement 1 EDS A249 -12- 320655, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried C. OCRA Amendment #1 EDS# A192 -11- DRIB -09 -017- Motion was made by Trudy Selvia for Mayor Susan Murray to sign OCRA Amendment #1 EDS# A192- 11- DR1B -09 -017, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried D. Award of Pathway- Motion was made by Trudy Selvia for Mayor Susan Murray to sign the contract for $22,671 16 with Joe Spiker to connect Brad Emmert's property with the crosswalk, second Susan Murray, 2 -0, motion carried. Trudy Seliva requested that Lynda Dunbar provide new copies of the Water and Wastewater Rate Review Packet to the board. She added that she would like to discuss the rates at next month's meeting in detail. Thom Morris arrived at the meeting. VII.
