A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE MURIEL DR., OLANDA AVE. AND LAVINIA AVE.
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT
, NO. 5-5253 and 5-5261, AS BEING COMPLETE
~; WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to All American
~ Asphalt, on November 19, 2002; and .
~ WHEREAS, the project started on February 17, 2003, and was
completed on April 4, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $316,548.18; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on April 7, 2003
and found that all, work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows: ~
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Muriel Dr , Olanda
Ave. and Lavinia Ave. Improvement Project, No. 05-5253 and 5-5261, as being
complete and in accordance with contract.documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.~
