Request for Bids
Mobile Beach Concession
The Town of Brewster is seeking sealed bids to supply and operate a mobile food concession at
the following beaches for the 2017 and 2018 beach seasons:
Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Point of Rocks, Breakwater Beach, Saints
Landing, Mants Landing, Paines Creek Beach, Long Pond and Sheep Pond.
Bid specifications and contract documents will be available beginning February 3, 2017 at the
Brewster Town Hall, Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA between
8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday or by email request to dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Administr ator’s Office, Brewster Town Offices, 2198
Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 until February 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place
said bids will be opened and read publicly. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all
offers if not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter
30B as amended. The Town will select the responsive and responsible company submitting the
most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the company’s experience, staff capacity,
references and plan for providing the services, as well as the proposal price.
