WHEREAS the City of Medina has had $10,000 of Year X
CommunityDevelopment Block Grant funds approved for a
Tax Increment Study,and
WHEREAS the cost of the Tax Increment Study has been
included in a recent bond issue, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina has allocated $15,075 of Year XI
Funds toward the resurfacing of streets in the Independence
Beach area of the City, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the $10,000 from Year X
funds be programmed toward said Indpen.dence Beach street
resurfacing.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this 4 day of
June, 1985.
