Joint Application to SCAQMD for SR 91 High Occupancy/Toll Lane Feasibility/Demonstration/Air Quality Monitoring Project. O vervie w A total of $1.5 million of SCAQMD AB 3766 grant funding is available with the funding limit for individual projects set at $250,000. It is proposed that RCTC should authorize SCAG and CECERT to complete and submit a joint application (with SCAG, CPTC, OCTA, Caltrans Districts 8 and 12) for possible extension of the SR 91 HOT lanes, easterly into Riverside County to the I-15 and westerly into Orange County to Los Angeles County Line, and provide a commitment of $80,000 LTF planning funds as cash match, if the SCAQMD/MSRC approves the proposal for AB 2766 funds. 4. Joint CVAG/RCTC/WRCOG Discussion Regarding RCTC Restructuring. (2-4 P.M.) O vervie w This item is a joint meeting with CVAG/RCTC/WRCOG to discuss the options and take action, if needed, for RCTC restructuring. 5. Adjournment.
