RESOLUTION NO. PS - S_S
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON
IMPROVEMENT OF WILLOW DRIVE SOUTH OF
TRUNK HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. pursuant to
Council resolution adopted the 4th day of June, 1985 for the
improvement of Willow Drive south of Trunk Highway 55 to Pioneer
Trail by grading and constructing a base and asphalt surface.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such improvement under such plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for J4 days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be
received by the Clerk until /a'.rn a .M. on the /q day of
,J ury 1985, at which time they will be publicly
opened/ in the Council Chambers of City Hall by the City
Clerk and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be
considered by the City Council at .M. on the
day of , 1985 in the Council Chambers, and that
no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check or
bid bond.
