CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT
FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT TO
HUNTER DRIVE AND COMANCHE TRAIL
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. pursuant to
Council resolution adopted the �/ day of /L74..6//4 , 1985 for
the improvement of Hunter Drive north of Medina 1Road and Comanche
Trail by blacktopping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such improvement under such plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for /4/ days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be
received by the Clerk until /o:oo 6 .M. on the /c7 day of
_el /, 1985, at which time they will be publicly
opened/in the Council Chambers of City Hall by the City
Clerk and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be
considered by the City Council at 7:5,0 r .M. on the 6
day of z.N ,a6t , 1985 in the Council Chambers, and that
no bids win be considered unless sealed and filed with the
Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check or
bid bond.
