Present forithe Committee : Betsy Pontius, Ann Crozier, David Telman and Josh Stewart ( remotely )
Call to Order
Chair Crozier called the meeting to order at 5 : 30 p . m .
Citizens Soeak — None
Priority Business —
The Committee reviewed the changes to the Wellness Policy and would like to review the Building Use Form at their
next meeting to connect it to the Wellness Policy as far as clean up . School - based fundraisers vs . Boosters or PTO
fundraisers were mentioned . It was noted that there could be sale of fudge this year if contracts are already in place but
will not take place in the future . It was noted that if sales of candy or fudge occur by the PTA' s, products would have to
be picked up after school hours . It was also noted that there will be no bake sales at school, even by the culinary
departments .
Motion :
On a motion by Betsy Pontius, seconded by Dave Telman, it was voted unanimously to approve the Wellness Policy as
submitted .
Other Policies the Committee would like to review are :
• Staff Responsible Use Electronics
• Student Activity Accounts
• Building Use Form
At the next meeting there will be two sets of minutes for approval .

On a motion by Betsy Pontius, seconded by Dave Telman , it was voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 5 : 45 p . m .
