moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER
RATES FOR EXTRAORDINARY DISCHARGE SOURCES
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has amended Section 701.33 of
the City Code to establish a charge for discharge of a sump pump
or other extraordinary source into the sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance amendment specifies the rate for
such discharge to be established by resolution of the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that:
There be established a charge of $25 per quarter per sump
pump or other extraordinary source for such discharge into the
City's sanitary sewer system.

The motion for the option of the foregoing resolution was duly
