RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the City of Medina has a need to reallocate Community
Development Block Grant Funds from Year X to Year XI for Inde-
pendence Beach Force Main reconstruction,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Public Hearing be held on
Tuesday, August 6, 1985 at 8:30 P.M. to consider said reallocation
of $10,000 to the Year XI Community Development Block Grant Program.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina, this 2 day
of July , 1985.
