RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City
Council, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with reference to street improvements
for Medina Manor First Addition, which improvements shall be
either a complete reconstruction of the streets or placement of
an overlay on the existing streets, and this report was received
by the Council on July 2, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an
estimated cost of $44,650 for a complete reconstruction, or
$30,650 for placement of an overlay.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the
6th day of August, 1985 in the Council Chambers at City Hall
at 8:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
